Harbour’s Edge welcomed Beth Goldstein as Executive Director, January 12, 2026. Prior to joining Lifespace, Beth served as CEO of Bethel Communities Management, a not-for-profit, multi-site, full continuum of care organization in Northern Westchester. In that role, she oversaw a comprehensive range of services including independent living, assisted living, home care, and skilled nursing facilities. Her leadership experience in managing complex operations and delivering high-quality care positions her to drive excellence at Harbour’s Edge.
Ky Moody will return to The Waterford as Executive Director, effective January 26, 2026. Ky’s deep familiarity with the community and proven leadership experience will ensure a smooth transition and continued emphasis on operational excellence and resident-centered care. Most recently, Ky served as Executive Director at Mirabella, a continuing care retirement community in Seattle, Washington, where he successfully enhanced occupancy and fostered a culture that reduced team member turnover.
Danielle King has been appointed to the role of Executive Director at Greenfields of Geneva, effective November 10, 2025. Prior to her new role, Danielle served as Administrator at our Oak Trace community. Known for her disciplined, outcome-driven leadership style, Danielle is passionate about elevating the resident experience and driving positive change. Danielle’s deep understanding of community operations and her commitment to team development make her an ideal fit to lead Greenfields into its next chapter.
Megan Lublin joined Wesley Court as Executive Director on November 19, 2025, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in senior living. She is recognized for her operational excellence and a deep commitment to enhancing the resident experience. Her strategic approach has consistently delivered standout results, including CMS 5-Star ratings, deficiency-free surveys, and national recognition for quality care. Megan’s leadership fosters high-performing teams and drives continuous improvement, ensuring every aspect of the resident journey is rooted in compassion, accountability, and excellence.
