We’re proud to share that two Lifespace communities have earned national recognition on Newsweek’s America’s Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities 2026 list:

• Friendship Village of Bloomington — ranked #7 in the nation and #1 in Minnesota for the third year in a row
• Abbey Delray South — honored for the second consecutive year

With thousands of CCRCs across the U.S. and only 330 communities selected, this achievement reflects the dedication of our team members, the trust of our residents, and our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences as needs evolve over time.

Newsweek, in collaboration with Statista, evaluates communities through a rigorous process that includes resident and family satisfaction surveys, expert recommendations, accreditation analysis, and online review sentiment. Earning a spot on this list is a significant accomplishment and we could not be more proud of these communities.
