Newcastle Place
When Newcastle Place joined Lifespace in 2021, it brought a reputation for quality and a strong operational foundation. Since then, the community has remained a model of performance — maintaining high occupancy and exceeding expectations. More importantly, Newcastle Place has become a platform for reinvestment, with new carriage homes under construction that reflect both resident demand and our commitment to long-term sustainability.
GreenFields of Geneva
The story of GreenFields of Geneva, which affiliated with Lifespace in 2023, demonstrates belonging in action. At affiliation, Independent and Assisted Living occupancy lagged. Within 18 months, Independent Living rebounded to above 90% occupancy, often reaching full capacity, while higher levels of living now perform at or above best-in-class benchmarks. The turnaround has surpassed financial expectations and unlocked new possibilities, including a campus expansion opportunity.
