Oak Trace announces Blaire Goldstein as its new executive director, overseeing the current $150 million redevelopment and expansion of the community. Goldstein will oversee day-to-day operations of the entire senior living community, which currently features 247 maintenance-free residential living apartment homes and a variety of services and amenities for its more than 350 residents. As a Life Care community, Oak Trace also offers on-site health services, memory support and skilled nursing suites.
Goldstein previously served in the same role at Beacon Hill, Oak Trace’s sister community located in Lombard. Amy LaCroix, regional operations director at Lifespace Communities, the parent company of Oak Trace and Beacon Hill, says Goldstein brings experience and a sterling reputation to the position.
“Blaire is a strong leader who has made a lasting impact on Beacon Hill,” Amy said. “We look forward to having Blaire’s leadership at Oak Trace as the community undergoes a significant expansion and redevelopment project.”
Bridgette Walshe succeeds Goldstein as executive director at Beacon Hill, bringing a 15-plus year resume of leadership and industry experience to the position.
